Our flagship offer is a £397 Starter Website Package, which includes one-page website design, domain setup, one year of hosting, basic SEO setup, and social media page creation.

The £397 Website Package includes:
One-page website design (desktop + mobile)
Domain setup (new or existing domain)
One year of website hosting
Google Business Profile setup
Facebook & Instagram page creation
Basic SEO configuration
1 round of revisions
Optional Add-ons (charged separately): logo design, custom booking forms, email setup, and additional pages.
Work begins only after full payment and submission of the onboarding form.
Delivery is targeted within 72 business hours, pending timely client input.
Projects delayed due to client non-responsiveness will be paused until required input is received.
Full payment of £397 is due upfront via Stripe.
No work will commence until payment and onboarding form are both received.
There are no recurring charges unless domain, email, or hosting is renewed after 12 months.
Renewal prices: £69/year for hosting; £25/year for business email (if applicable).
Orders may be cancelled only before the onboarding form is submitted.
Once onboarding is received, the project becomes non-cancellable.
Due to the custom nature of the digital service, no refunds are provided once work has started.
If cancellation is requested within 2 hours of payment and no work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.
Clients must contact us at hello@freshlab.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without contact may result in a ban from future services.
A 7-day post-delivery support window is provided for minor fixes and adjustments.
Freshlab reserves the right to reject any project that:
Promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or adult content
Involves fraud, scams, or deceptive marketing
Violates advertising or data protection regulations
We comply with all UK legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
From time to time, Freshlab may offer limited-time promotions. All promotions are subject to availability and terms stated at the time of offer. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
